Our Process
Our process is simple. We are a one-stop construction entity, with general contractor, subcontractors, investment, and real estate services under one roof.
Our small, tight-knit crew ensures that the people you initially meet about the project are the same people who will be handing over the keys and walking you through every step of the process along the way.
Step 1
Let’s meet. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and goals, and learn more about what this home means to you.
Step 2
Land acquisition, development, and assessment. Once the land is secured, our team confirms the zoning and other legal concerns.
Step 3
Concept and design. We bring the team to the table, discussing your project in great detail to ascertain your preferences, functional, and design priorities.
Step 4
Budgets and approvals. Based on our discussions in step 3, we prepare an itemized budget for your review. More discussions will follow to make necessary adjustments and ensure the plan aligns with your expectations.
Step 5
Contracts. We will prepare an official contract that details all of the points we’ve agreed on, including the scope of work, timeline, payment schedules, and legal protections.
Step 6
Permitting. The Splendid team prepares all necessary permit applications before the work commences.
Step 7
Pre-construction meeting. We meet with you to provide a detailed overview of the project’s schedule, outline potential issues, present mitigation strategies, and go over the final technical drawings before the work begins. This ensures everyone is on the same page and knows what to expect every step of the way.
Step 8
Build. The construction phase – from the initial land grading to the finishing touches, up until the day it’s ready to occupy.
Step 9
Sign off. Our team walks you through your new home to ensure it meets your expectations. We deliver all warranty documentation and close out the project once you give us the green light. Your new modern custom home is move-in ready—no upgrades or modifications needed. We hand you the keys, and it’s yours to enjoy!
